Privacy Policy

We, CENTRAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD., will protect Personal Information provided by you and retained by us ("Personal Information") and handle it properly as our company policy. We stated the Privacy Policy for the protection of Personal Information and conduct our business activity complying with laws by our directors and all employees through full dissemination and education to them.

1. We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Act No.57 of 2003 and its relevant laws and regulations. We execute the proper management and handling of Personal Information.
2. We will use adequate measures to acquire personal information within the scope of necessary for our business activity. When having acquired Personal Information, we will notify you the Purpose of Utilization and the person/department in charge. Only Personal Information which you agree are utilized on us.
3. We will use Personal Information in accordance with your consent.
4. We will take necessary and proper measures to protect Personal Information against incorrect access, lost, demolish, leakage by alter, loss, and damage.
5. We have stipulated the "Rules on the Protection of Personal Information" and the "Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information" as the Company activity of the movement for compliance and these cords shall be reviewed and improved from time to time.
6. When you claim to disclose, or, correct or delete of it and notify it to our person/department in charge, we will take a reasonable and pertinent action for such claim.

Handling of Personal Information

1. Provision

In principle, we will not acquire Personal Information without your consent. In case that you don’t agree to provide your personal information data, you are not requested to write applications contrary to your will.

2. Purpose of Utilization

We will notify the Purpose of Utilization to you prior to acquisition of Personal Information. In case that if we have to use Personal Information beyond the scope of the Purpose of Utilization, we will notify new purpose and extent of utilization of Personal Information and if you don’t agree to our requirement of new purpose and extent, we only may use Personal Information within the scope of initial consent with you.

Purposes of Utilization are the followings;

1. Registration of the order by you
2. Registration for issuance of our order
3. Mail for receipt of your order
4. Mail of Invoice
5. Mail of documents for the necessary of our businesses

3. Shared Utilization

We never use Personal Information to share other party/parties without your consent and at present we had not shared Personal Information with anyone.

4. Acquisition by Merger, Company Split and Business Succession

We have no Personal Information acquired by merger, company split and business succession at present.

5. Provision to a Third Party

We shall not provide Personal Information without your prior consent to a third party except;

(i)	Cases in which the provision of Personal Information data is based on laws and regulations
(ii)	Cases in which the provision of Personal Information data is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
(iii)	Cases in which the provision of personal data is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
(iv)	Cases in which the provision of Personal Information data is necessary for cooperating with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of the person are likely to impede the execution of the affairs.

When we provide Personal Information to a third party with your consent, we will take a measure to execute proper management on a third party to protect Personal Information not to leak and transfer such Personal Information to the other. We have no Personal Information to provide to a third party at present.

6. Entrust to Outside

When we entrust Personal Information to an individual or a business operator with handling of personal data in whole or in part, it shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the trustee to ensure the security control of the entrusted personal data.
We have no Personal Information entrusted to outside at present.

7. Management

We will execute a proper management to secure Personal Information and respect your will.

8. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is utilized to collect and analyze access logs to check and monitor the site situation in our web site. Google Analytics uses first party Cookie and it can collect logs which are not included the specified personal information.

9. Disclosure, Correction, Discontinuance of the Utilization and Complaints

Please contact us the below address or phone or e-mail if you claim disclosure, correction, discontinuance of the utilization and complaints of Personal Information. We will confirm individual identification of you at first and investigate the fact concerned and then respond your clam within a reasonable scope.
